Great article in the Colorado Springs Gazette from February 9th, 2020 about the growth along Woodman & Marksheffel on the north-east side of Colorado Springs.
All Pro Capital’s construction site is mentioned in the article, and McDonald’s plans to build a restaurant on it, as well as John Egan’s (NAI Highlands) plan for a multi-tenant 10,000 square foot retail building. The building is already 50% pre-leased, and a second, similar sized building is being considered.
